The
fifth hole is an uphill slight dogleg right that is relatively easy providing
you keep the ball in the fairway. Long hitters can clear the top of the hill
setting up a short approach. If you do
not reach the top of the hill you may need to avoid the bunker on the right and
will likely have a mid-iron blind second shot into the green. The green is well bunkered to the front with
a steep drop off to the right and back.
Club selection on your second shot is critical if you want to make
birdie as the green is sloped left to right and back to front with a swale in
the middle resulting in a challenging putt if you find the wrong part of the
green. Birdies can be had but par is an
acceptable score. |
